Our goal is to ensure your Joy of Hijab pieces arrive in perfect time for you to enjoy them. We offer Complimentary Standard Shipping via USPS on all domestic orders over $35.

  • Domestic Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–7 business days.

  • Accuracy: To ensure seamless delivery, please verify your street address and phone number at checkout. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout via UPS. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or processing fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

The "Joy of Hijab" Return Guarantee

We understand that finding the perfect drape and skintone match is a personal journey. If your selection isn't exactly what you envisioned, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    To initiate a return, simply contact us and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders, ensuring the process is smooth and effortless.

    Exchanges (Most Popular Option)
    Many of our customers choose to exchange their hijab for another color, print, or fabric that better suits their style. Exchanges include a complimentary prepaid return label, making it easy to find the perfect piece.

    Store Credit (Best Value)
    You may also choose to receive your refund as store credit, which comes with a complimentary prepaid return label. Store credit never expires, giving you the flexibility to select another piece whenever you're ready.

    Refund to Original Payment Method
    If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a flat $5 return processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to help cover the cost of the prepaid return label.

    Please Note
    Original shipping fees (for orders under $35 or upgraded shipping options) are non-refundable. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.

Final Sale & International Orders

To maintain our boutique inventory, Sale and Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders; we invite you to reach out to our team if you need assistance with your selection prior to purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every piece is carefully inspected by our team before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via our website immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs, at no expense to you.

Order Cancellations & Processing

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment. Once a return is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email the moment it is complete.
